Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not happy with the product, you may have the right to return it and receive a refund, subject to the conditions below and applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you typically have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the product. To exercise this right, you should inform us clearly (for example, by email) within this period.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products should be in good condition, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging where reasonably possible. We understand you may need to open the packaging to inspect the product, but you may be responsible for any loss of value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Products With Hygiene Considerations

Our devices are used close to the body (eyes, neck, and back). For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns of heavily used products or products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where permitted by applicable law. We will always follow the minimum rights required by consumer protection laws.

Return Process

Before sending any product back, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed correctly.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or offer another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund within 7–14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed with you on a different method.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with your legal rights.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered by email. Access to digital content may be subject to different withdrawal rules under applicable law. In many cases, your right of withdrawal ends once you have received access to the digital content with your prior consent. We will provide clear information at checkout where required.
