Which countries do you ship to?
DeepOff currently ships primarily within the European Union, with a focus on Germany and Finland. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days within the EU once your order is processed. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Where are the products shipped from?
DeepOff ships from warehouses located within the European Union to minimize delivery times and avoid unexpected customs fees for EU customers.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
For customers within the EU, orders are usually not subject to additional customs duties. If you order from outside the EU, local customs or import taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
DeepOff accepts major credit and debit cards and may also offer PayPal and other local payment methods depending on your country. All payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes. As an EU consumer, you typically have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after delivery. The product should be in good condition. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We are happy to help and send you the next steps, including the return address and instructions.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 7–14 days. The money will be sent back using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Is DeepOff a medical company?
No. DeepOff creates wellness and relaxation products. Our devices and programs are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
Can I use DeepOff products if I have a medical condition?
If you have any existing medical condition, especially related to your eyes, neck, spine, or nervous system, consult your doctor before using any DeepOff products.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
If you made a typo in your email address at checkout and didn’t receive your order confirmation or PDF link, contact our support team with your full name and order details so we can help.
